Acceptance

- By Submitting an application to us and/or making the first payment, you indicate your acceptance of these terms of trade
- Any instructions received by the Developer from the Client for the supply of Goods shall constitute the acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
- Where more than one Client has entered into this agreement, the Clients shall be jointly and severally liable for all payments of the Price.
- Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Client, the terms and conditions are irrevocable and can only be rescinded in accordance with these terms and conditions or
with the written consent of the manager of the Developer.
- None of the Developer’s agents or representatives are authorised to make any representations, statements, conditions or agreements not expressed by the manager of the Developer
in writing, nor is the Developer bound by any such unauthorised statements.
- Either the laser copy or printer proof must be signed showing acceptance of the Goods provided.
- The client accepts to host with the Developer for no less than (36months)

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Web Chef until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Web Chef all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

The intellectual property and copyright of the following deliverables:

• Templates, graphics and professional advice

will pass to the client on final project payment and completion.

The methodologies used in the project remain the intellectual property and copyright of Web Chef and may not be disclosed or provided to any third party without the clear pre-approval in writing of Web Chef.

Software licensing including code developed by Web Chef for clients is fully owned by Web Chef.
