Changing the password on an FTP Web Hosting account

It is a good idea to regularly change your password. You should always change your password if you think someone else has access to your FTP Web Hosting account.

To change a password on an FTP Web Hosting account:

  1. Click on the FTP Manager link in the Web Hosting CPanel 4 Settings area.

  2. Click on the FTP Accounts button button.

  3. Click on the Change Passwordbutton.

  4. Enter the new password in the New Password field.

  5. Click on the Change button button.
